Take a drive and hit all 6, starting at Ubly Heights Golf Course. This course opened in 1997; the 18 hole 7,003 yard championship layout features mounding terrain and tall heather grasses common to links style designs. Ubly Heights is the only course in the area with bentgrass tees, fairways and greens. It also has a number of holes that twist through woodland.  The Course is great for golfers of all skill levels, and the clubhouse offers a bar and lounge.  Call Dave Hanson, PGA Professional today to get a tee time at 989.658.2374.

Continue swinging those clubs at Verona Hills Golf Course; Phil Gornowich, PGA Professional will help you out. Call him at 989.269.8132.  Established in 1924, Verona Hills Golf Club is known as a hidden gem with an up north feel in Michigan’s Thumb.  The Thumb is known for flat lands, however, Verona Hills offers a surprising topography with a classic layout.  Verona Hills is an 18 hole semi-private facility with a beautiful clubhouse.

Head on over to Elkton and visits Century Oaks Golf Club. Owned and operated since March 2015 by the Reiblings of Elkton, this is a nine hole regulation length course open to the public. Next on the list is Scenic Golf & Country Club, which opened for business on May 15, 1948. An additional nine holes were constructed and ready for play on June 14, 1971. Later a second cart barn was added and a Pro shop constructed in 1989. During 1994, the front and back nines were reversed. This was to speed up play, allowing more members to use the course. In 1997, Ron Farris was contracted to redesign the golf course, with the work being done by Tim Furness. The clubhouse was also remodeled at the same time.  Call them for your golf experience at 989.453.3388.

Up for another 9 holes? Head to Caseville Golf Course; call 989.856.2613 for a tee time. This is a 9 hole golf course located three miles east of Caseville. It was designed by Al and Lorene Kipfer and opened in 1963. It has been family owned and operated since, currently owned by their Grandson Shawn Conners. Caseville Golf Course measures at 2810 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 119.

Last stop, at the tip of the Thumb, visit Bird Creek Golf Club. The layout at Bird Creek Golf Club is both challenging and relaxing, featuring one of the "Thumb Area's" finest daily fee golf experiences. From the first tee to the final putt, this course is one to remember. At Bird Creek their landscape boasts gently rolling terrain that winds through tree-lined fairways. It is not uncommon for players to glimpse the gorgeous native wild fowls that call this area of the country home.  Designed by: W.
